The Income Property Management Expo returns to Pasadena on October 2nd as a free educational event featuring guest speakers, seminars, breakout sessions and an exhibit hall for multi-family owners, investors, property managers and service providers. Seminar topics include capital funding, tax strategy, investments, self-directed IRAs, and making housing vouchers work. Also slated are avoiding lawsuits, achieving successful evictions, tenant retention tips, fair housing pitfalls, and hiring resident managers. Breakout sessions include a social media bootcamp, legal updates, avoiding workers comp fraud, earthquake retrofits and more. An exhibit hall with 100+ vendors will showcase management software, analysis tools, energy systems, roofing, lighting, safety equipment, and insurance, tax and legal services to improve property performance and reduce maintenance costs.

The Income Property Management Expo is presented AAGLA and Apartment News Publications with Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Apartment Assoc (BHGLAA), Apartment Age, Apartment Management, California Assoc of Realtors (CAR) and Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA).
